Lowell Messner
Managing Director
As a Managing Director for ProSource Solutions LLC, Lowell harbors over 26 years of experience within Information Technology. He is responsible for leading the company’s delivery organization including resource and engagement management as well as the oversight of all company operations. In addition to his executive management duties, Lowell is responsible for and actively involved in fostering the partnership with Microsoft.
Lowell brings to ProSource Solutions extensive career experience. Prior to starting ProSource Solutions with Jeff Welch in 2009, Lowell was a member of Senior IT Management Team at National City (NCC/now PNC). Lowell’s duties included directing the project integration engineering team, application development of many multi-million dollar efforts and Program Director for NCC’s Wealth Management Group.

Managing Director
As a Managing Director at ProSource Solutions LLC Jeff has leveraged his nearly 24 years in the Information Technology Consulting Industry to lead Direct Sales, Marketing, Business Partner Relations and Recruiting for ProSource Solutions in addition to his executive management role at the company. Prior to co-founding ProSource Solutions LLC., Jeff focused his nearly 30 year career in sales, marketing, sales management, recruiting and entrepreneurship. He opened the Akron-Canton branch of Analysts International Corporation (AiC) in 1988. In 1994 built and grew the sales and marketing organization at REALOGIC and helped open offices on the East and West coasts. In 1987 was a founding partner at Wolcott Group and in 2003 Jeff sold his ownership in Wolcott Group and formed ProSource Inc., where he served as President and General Manager before selling the company.
Jeff is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and he majored in Marketing.
| Larry Saulino
Chief Financial Officer
Larry joined ProSource Solutions in February 2010 to assist in the administrative and financial responsibilities of the Company.
Larry has a wealth of experience in the service industry. He is a retired CPA and an attorney. He started his career with Coopers and Lybrand in Detroit (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) after graduating law school. He rose to the position of Partner-in-Charge Tax Services for the Akron and Canton offices. In 1986 he and Marty Spector left Coopers to form Spector and Saulino and grew that firm and its related IT business to more than 100 people. In 1998 they merged with CBIZ a publicly traded service firm where Larry took the roll of President of the Akron subsidiary. Larry retired from accounting in 2000 and has since served and is serving on a number of corporate and community boards. He has also served as interim CEO for two companies.
| Mick Boyle
Delivery Management
As the Delivery Manager for ProSource Solutions LLC, Mick focuses on operational efficiency and process improvement. He is responsible for the company’s Operations and Solution Delivery groups, working to assure the delivery of consistently high quality solutions for all customers.Mick also oversees customer delivery relationships and directs a team of project managers in addition to identifying and staffing consultants.
Mick brings a wealth of experience from over 10 years in Information Technology Management. He specializes in Strategic and Tactical Planning for Operational and Solution Delivery organizations as well. He has worked for many respectable firms including Key Bank, National City Bank, and Harley-Davidson. | Keith Egner
Principal Consultant - APO
Keith joined ProSource in 2008 and has worked closely with Microsoft on delivering large scale complex applications. Along with technical and team leadership, Keith provides critical thinking, organization, and delivery execution to ProSource. Keith leads up the ProSource Development Center and is a key person with talent acquisitions.
Keith brings a wealth of experience to the ProSource team, having performed the roles of Sr. Application and Information Architect, Application Development Manager, IT Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Team Lead, Developer, and Project Manager on projects and previous positions. He has extensive knowledge of SharePoint and experience in Application Design, Development, and Implementation. He has worked for Microsoft, Fidelity, Dell, Eli Lilly, Dow Corning, American Express, Huntington Bank, OEC, National City, Diebold, Forest City Enterprises, Home Shopping Network, Jabil Circuit, Millennium Inorganic Chemicals, and the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. | Jim Hopkins
Principal Consultant - Core IO
At ProSource, Jim provides technology leadership to the Core IO practice around virtualization, enterprise directory, messaging and the delivery of these projects.
Prior to joining ProSource in 2010 Jim worked for a national consultancy as a Solution Architect focused on virtualization, enterprise directory and messaging. Jim brings 17+ years of IT consulting experience to ProSource and has worked in business both large and small across many different industries. Jim specializes in technology transition projects providing solution design, project management and automation. Most recently he has been the role of Deployment Consultant contracted to Microsoft for an enterprise transition to Microsoft BPOS Dedicated services.
Jim is a graduate of the University of Toledo earning a BS in Computer Science, he and holds numerous certifications from leading IT technology providers. | Dennis Ramos
Principal Consultant - Core IO
As a Principal Consultant for the Core IO practice, Dennis is responsible for project delivery around desktop and systems management technologies. He has over 18 years of consulting experience, with areas of expertise in enterprise desktop deployments, application virtualization, systems management, and security.
Prior to joining ProSource, Dennis worked for a global technology services company, where he served as an Infrastructure Architect, specializing in high availability and large deployment projects.
Dennis graduated from Lee University where he earned a B.A. in Education. | Nikhil S. Shringarpurey
Chief Technology Officer
As our CTO, Nikhil serves as a thought leader and is responsible for implementing strategic technology and direction for the firm. Nikhil specializes in strategic planning, ROI, and business-focused SharePoint governance, and is currently authoring a book on this topic.
Nikhil harbors experience in areas including technology and management consulting services in addition to Application Architecture, Infrastructure, and Development. He has worked for various consulting firms and successfully launched an independent consulting company before taking his most recent post at National City Bank where he served as an Enterprise Platform Architect.
Nikhil attended Case Western Reserve and University of Akron and graduated with a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering and continued his studies at Case Western Reserve University, graduating near the top of his M.B.A. class with a specialization in Banking and Finance. | Brad Young
Principal Consultant - BPIO
As a Principal Consultant for ProSource Solutions LLC, Brad’s primary focus deals with SharePoint Solutions within the BPIO practice area. In addition to senior consulting work within this area, Brad works to expand the companies’ SharePoint consulting group and service offerings.
Brad has been an instrumental player in many SharePoint initiatives, including SharePoint 2001 at Wolcott Systems Group to the SharePoint 2003 Portal/CMS at National City Corporation. Brad has consulted and architected many enterprise MOSS 2007 and SharePoint 2010 engagements. Most recently, Brad was employed at Willoughby Supply as an IT Manager, responsible for application development, networking, and the VOIP phone system.
Brad graduated from the University of Akron, where he obtained a B.A. in Information Systems Management in Computing and Communications | Aimee Ernst
Account Manager - Microsoft preferred services provider program
As an Account Manager, Aimee is dedicated as a liaison between ProSource Solutions and Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS).
Prior to joining ProSource in 2009, Aimee worked for a consultancy firm focused on account and resource management for over 150 consultants at a Financial Institution. She was responsible for increasing responsiveness to customer requirements and for the delivery of sales objectives.
Aimee graduated from the Ohio State University, where she earned a B.S. in Consumer Affairs.

Account Manager
Nick recently joined ProSource Solutions as Director of Business Development for Key Accounts. Nick’s primary focus is to expand and grow key accounts by strategically working with the business and IT stakeholders to identify and implement business and technical solutions. Nick’s nearly 30 years in the IT industry have included; IT Director at Tremco Specialty Chemicals, Sales Executive at Comsys, Vice President at Mirifex and Founder and President of VendorCert. He has built a recognized reputation as a leader in building multi-million dollar businesses for several IT Consulting Firms.
Nick is an alumni of Cleveland State University where he majored in Business Administration.
| Kortney Harmon
PC Recruiter System Manager
Kortney is currently the Manager of the PC Recruiter System in the Staffing Department. She has been responsible for the implementation of the system and works primarily with ProSource’s delivery and sales teams to define hiring and staffing needs. She works closely with the recruiting staff to manage the fulfillment of job openings. She also has some responsibility for working with customers as candidates are being presented for engagement. Additionally, Kortney performs other recruiting and human resource functions.
Prior to starting at ProSource Solutions in in 2011, Kortney worked as a School Teacher, Athletic Director and High School Softball Coach at Conotton Valley High School and Eastern Gateway Community College.
She graduated Cum Laude from Cleveland State University in 2006 where she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education.

Recruiting Manager
Elaine is the recruiting Recruiting Manager at ProSource Solutions LLC and is responsible candidate management and recruiting process for the business.
Prior to starting ProSource Solutions in 2005, Elaine has worked in the IT Consulting and Contracting business for the past 20 years. She began her career in the industry working at Analysts International where she quickly gained a reputation as a top recruiter. After nearly a decade at Analysts International she rejoined Jeff Welch at Wolcott Group where she not only had responsibility for recruiting but other sales and administrative duties as well. She has built her reputation by developing excellent relationships with Candidates and having a unique ability to understand her candidates technical and personal skills as they relate to various job positions she is staff.
| Mark Orzen
Director - Business Development & BPM Product / Channel Management
As the Director, Business Development & BPM Product / Channel Management, Mark leads Business Productivity Infrastructure Optimization (BPIO) related marketing and sales events leveraging mostly ProSource’s unique SharePoint packaged services and products. He is also a pivotal visionary for the ProSource systems and automation culture working to provide customers with an efficient experience. Currently, Mark is responsible for a variety of ProSource clientele and acts as the companies’ leader at cSHARE where he works on the development of BPM solutions, marketing and channel development of diverse IT Partners, Resellers, and Systems Integrators. An asset to the ProSource team, Mark harbors 24 years of experience in process improvement and product marketing.
Prior to working at ProSource, Mark led Progressive Computing, CADWorld and cSHARE in many fields. Both Progressive Computing and CADWorld were honored by The Weatherhead and Fast Track 50 groups during his duration at each company. Mark himself has been nominated by SolidWorks and ERC as a Worldwide Top Support & Customer Service Partner and for being one of the top ten companies of Ohio.
Mark graduated from Lakeland Community College in 1982.
